modifications will void your AirGraverŽ warranty.
It has come to my attention that someone may be attempting
to sell a modification to the AirGraverŽ by incorporating or cannibalizing our foot control
idle apparatus into their product. I have requested this individual not to
do this as it causes problems with AirGaverŽ warranty and service as well as
possibly legal implications.
Purchase for the purpose of resale and modification of the
tools is not permitted. Unauthorized modification and resale of the tools
has possible legal patent and trademark implications. The AirGraverŽ has
multiple patents, as well as registered trademarks. In addition, the foot
controller apparatus itself for controlling the AirGraverŽ is patented.
It is our policy that purchasing or using a 3rd party add-on or modification
to your AirGraver will void the warranty. This is because I cannot endorse
or recommend modification to my product and then continue to support it when
it does not work and is not configured as it was designed.
